The Jax Monster Show will be held in the basement of the Hayden Burns Library (across the street from london bridge & burrito gallery) during the August 6th Artwalk. (5pm-10pm) The show will feature work from over 20 artists, ranging from part time sketchers to professional illustrators. Some of the exhibiting artists include R.Land, Mark George, Brian Gray, & Squid Dust.

The Jax Monster Show is an annual show of vampires, zombies, blobs, ghosts, demons and probably creatures that you have never heard of . It is an open entry art show for anyone that wants to submit. The only restriction is that the piece must be a monster. you decide from there. drawings, collage, photos, crayons, paintings, sculpture anything goes. You make a monster and it will be in the show. The show is free.. free to see, free to submit, free. It will be held on Wednesday, August 6th in the Basement of the Hayden Burns Library. And it just so happens that August 6th is the night of August’s Downtown Artwalk. So you should submit. No excuses, just submit something.
